A newer version of my shell ShellOn v3 program is being spent.

A newer version of my shell ShellOn v3 Windows 9x, NT, 2000 and XP, the program is being spent. Has not been tested on Windows Vista, we want to hear anybody who tried. He was stopped in the release candidate stage ShellOn v2, but with fewer features than tested.
